We want you to love your sleep setup; that's why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on our mattresses and a 30-day return window for all other sleep accessories. If you aren't completely satisfied, we'll coordinate a full refund and even help arrange a pickup for larger items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Prepare Your Items

  For smaller goods like sheets or pillows, place them back in their original packaging; for mattresses, there is no need to try and fit them back in the box.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and furniture, our team will contact you to schedule a professional removal or donation pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed or picked up, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
