Do Casper mattresses require a specific bed frame?
Our mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes platform beds, slatted frames with slats no more than 4 inches apart, or a traditional box spring.
How do I clean my Casper mattress or pillow?
The mattress cover can be spot-cleaned with mild detergent and water. For pillows, refer to the specific care label as most of our foam pillows are spot-clean only, while fiber pillows are machine washable.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and sagging greater than one inch, ensuring long-term quality and support.
